Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fuel containers for benzine kettingzagen (petrol chainsaws) or any used cutting equipment like chainsaw blades. All other products in their original, unused condition with packaging are eligible for return.

  • The item is in new, unused condition
  • You include the return authorization number on the package

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
